FREE CASE EVALUATION
Ms. Schaffer offers a free case evaluation (up to 10 minutes by phone). It is understandable that you may have some initial questions before requesting an appointment. After speaking with her, you can then decide if you would like to schedule a consultation (see below).
CONSULTATION
You can request either an in-person or virtual consultation (Zoom, Skype, phone, etc.).
We will make every effort to schedule an appointment at a time convenient for you. Consultations are extensive, and usually last approximately one hour. Ms. Schaffer will evaluate your current and desired immigration status(es), and provide recommendations. At that time, she will also inform you about the fees.
The consultation fee is $170, which will be credited toward the case if you decide to retain the attorney. In certain cases, the fee may be reduced (e.g., students, abused immigrants).
