About Us
We are a full-service immigration law firm, located in White Plains, NY, serving clients in all U.S. immigration, naturalization, and consular matters.
When you engage the firm, you can count on knowledge and experience. Ms. Schaffer has represented clients in a broad range of immigration matters, including nonimmigrant (i.e., temporary) visas, immigrant (i.e., permanent residence, or “green card”) visas, citizenship, and deportation /removal proceedings. In addition, she taught immigration law at Baruch College, City University of New York, at the Continuing Studies Division. Ms. Schaffer is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
An immigrant herself, Ms. Schaffer is passionate about making a difference in the lives of her clients. This translates into the highest level of attention to each client’s case and understanding each client’s needs throughout the complex immigration process.
The firm’s philosophy is to provide professional service and individualized, personal attention to each case. Ms. Schaffer has had many satisfied clients. Many of them have repeatedly used her services, as well as referred others. In fact, most of the firm’s new clients have been referred by those who used Ms. Schaffer’s services in the past.
Finally, our fees are competitive, and in general based on flat rates, rather than on hourly billing. This allows clients to know the total legal fees in advance. We offer payment plans and accept all major credit cards.
