Consultation
You can request either an in-person or telephone consultation to discuss your case. We will make every effort to schedule an appointment at a time convenient for you.
Consultations are extensive, and usually last approximately one hour. Ms. Schaffer will evaluate your current and desired immigration status(es), and provide recommendations. At that time, she will also inform you about the fees.
Our fees are reasonable and competitive. If we are retained within thirty (30) days of the consultation, the payment of a consultation fee will be credited toward the case. Please note that telephone consultations require payment of a consultation fee in advance.
